1. Who we are
FlyingRC is operated by 上海玉涵航电智能科技有限公司, at 上海市闵行区浦江镇必翔影像科技产业园T9号楼1002A室. This is the seller and the organization responsible for the shop's use of your personal information. Contact support@flyingrctech.com for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information and purposes
When you order, we use your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number where requested, purchased items, order notes, and payment and delivery status to accept payment, fulfill orders, send order emails, provide support, and process returns or refunds. Please include only information needed for your order in free-text fields. Guest checkout is available; new customer account registration is disabled. Order lookup uses your order number and billing email.
When you contact us, we use your correspondence and any photos or fault descriptions to respond and resolve your request. Browsing and checkout also involve technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and cart/session information. We use this to operate and secure the service, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse or fraud.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, order processing relies on steps requested before a purchase and performance of the purchase contract; legally required records rely on legal obligations; proportionate service security and support rely on legitimate interests; and optional processing requiring consent relies on your consent, which you can withdraw. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
3. Payments and service providers
Card details entered in the Stripe payment fields are processed by Stripe. Our shop uses payment references, transaction status, and payment-method information needed to reconcile payments, refunds, and disputes. The company uses an authorized Stripe collection account in Singapore to collect payments for the seller; this does not change the identity of the seller. Stripe also processes information for payment authentication, fraud prevention, and its other disclosed purposes. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
OVH provides hosting for the shop, Cloudflare serves the public website, and Purelymail sends order and support-related emails. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services, such as technical requests, hosted order records, or email addresses and message contents. Our freight partner and delivery providers receive recipient/contact details, delivery addresses, and shipment or customs information needed to deliver your purchase. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to resolve payment disputes, or to protect the service against fraud or abuse. We do not sell customer personal information.
4. Cookies
The shop uses cookies needed for cart and checkout functions. WooCommerce's standard cart cookies, woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart, last for the browser session and help detect cart changes. Its wp_woocommerce_session_ cookie identifies the corresponding cart session and normally lasts two days. Actual names may include a site-specific suffix. See WooCommerce's cookie documentation.
WooCommerce usage tracking is disabled. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for payment operation, authentication, and fraud prevention, and other purposes explained in its privacy notice. You can clear or restrict cookies in your browser; doing so may prevent your cart or checkout from working. Any optional tracking introduced by FlyingRC will be disclosed, with consent controls where required, before it is used.
5. International processing and retention
Our seller is in Mainland China and our services involve international payment, hosting, email, and delivery providers. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Contact support@flyingrctech.com for details about the cross-border handling and safeguards applicable to your information.
We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose: order and payment records for fulfillment, refunds, warranty, accounting, and applicable recordkeeping duties; support records for resolving requests and related disputes; and technical/session records for service operation and security. When setting retention we consider legal requirements, outstanding claims, the sensitivity of the information, and whether it remains necessary. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to required records and the normal expiry of backups.
6. Your choices and security
Email support@flyingrctech.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your information, as available under applicable law. You may also withdraw consent for processing that depends on it and complain to your applicable data protection authority. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Some information must remain to fulfill orders, meet legal obligations, or resolve claims; we will explain relevant limits when responding.
We use access controls and other appropriate operational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our services or practices change; the effective date identifies the current version.

下单时，我们使用您的姓名、邮箱、账单及收货地址、页面要求提供的电话号码、所购商品、订单备注以及付款和配送状态，用于收款、履约、发送订单邮件、提供客服及处理退货或退款。请在自由填写栏中仅提供订单所需信息。商城支持访客结账，未开放新客户账户注册。查询订单使用订单号和账单邮箱。
您联系我们时，我们使用通信内容及您提供的照片或故障描述，以回复并处理请求。浏览及结账还涉及IP地址、浏览器或设备信息、请求日志以及购物车和会话信息，用于运行和保护服务、排查故障及防范滥用或欺诈。
在适用法律要求处理依据时，订单处理以您要求的购买前步骤及履行购买合同为依据；依法保存记录以法定义务为依据；适度的服务安全和客服处理以合法利益为依据；需要同意的可选处理以您的同意为依据，您可撤回同意。撤回不影响此前已依法进行的处理。
3. 付款和服务商
在Stripe付款栏输入的银行卡信息由Stripe处理。商城使用付款引用、交易状态及核对付款、退款和争议所需的付款方式信息。公司通过获授权的新加坡Stripe收款账户为销售方收款；这不改变销售方身份。Stripe还会为付款认证、防范欺诈及其披露的其他用途处理信息。详见Stripe隐私政策。
OVH提供商城托管，Cloudflare提供公共网站服务，Purelymail发送订单及客服相关邮件。这些服务商处理提供服务所需的信息，例如技术请求、托管的订单记录或邮件地址与内容。我们的货代合作方及配送服务商接收完成配送所需的收件人及联系方式、收货地址、货件或清关信息。我们也可能依法，或为解决付款争议、保护服务免受欺诈或滥用而披露信息。我们不出售客户个人信息。
4. Cookie
商城使用购物车及结账所需的Cookie。WooCommerce标准购物车Cookie woocommerce_cart_hash和woocommerce_items_in_cart在浏览器会话期间有效，用于识别购物车变化；wp_woocommerce_session_用于识别对应购物车会话，通常有效两天。实际名称可能包含本站特定后缀。详见WooCommerce Cookie说明。
WooCommerce使用情况追踪已关闭。Stripe可能为付款运行、身份认证、防范欺诈及其隐私说明中的其他用途使用Cookie及类似技术。您可在浏览器中清除或限制Cookie，但这可能导致购物车或结账无法正常使用。FlyingRC如引入可选追踪，将在使用前披露，并在法律要求时提供同意控制。
5. 国际处理和保存
销售方位于中国大陆，服务涉及国际付款、托管、邮件及配送服务商，因此信息可能在您所在国家以外处理。如需了解您的信息所涉及的跨境处理及适用保障措施，请联系 support@flyingrctech.com。
我们仅在实现用途所需期间保存信息：订单及付款记录用于履约、退款、保修、会计及适用的记录保存义务；客服记录用于处理请求及相关争议；技术及会话记录用于服务运行和安全。确定保存期限时，我们考虑法律要求、未结索赔、信息敏感程度及其是否仍有必要。信息不再需要时将删除或匿名化，但依法需保留的记录及备份正常到期过程除外。
6. 您的选择及安全
请向 support@flyingrctech.com 发送请求，按适用法律行使查阅、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理或获取可携带副本的权利。您也可以撤回依赖同意的处理，并向适用的数据保护监管机构投诉。我们可能需要适度信息核实身份。为履约、履行法定义务或解决索赔，部分信息仍需保留；回复时我们会说明相关限制。
我们采用访问控制及适当的运营保障措施保护信息。任何在线服务都无法保证绝对安全。服务或做法发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策；生效日期标识当前版本。
